Outlook 2016 - one account but three send/receives

My wife has but one email account yet when she clicks send/reeive, it shows the same email account snding/receiving three time... that is, the sam account is listed three times as they go though the various processing steps. I hknow she changed something but she doesn't remember and I cannot find what was changed.

Any ideas?

Does she receive 3 copies of each email as a consequence?

On the send receive tab of the ribbon, can you click on "Send/Receive Groups" and then on "Define Send/Receive Groups" and let us know how many groups you see, and what they are configured to do.

I see that most of the time that I am sending to Distribution group(s).
