When composing a message, if my wife clicks on the To... box she should be able to see her contacts but cannot. There are some valid names and email addresses but her contacts has several folders full of names. (one folder for each organization with which she is associated).
When she had Outlook 2007, clicking on the To... box would present her folders and she could drill down to the list of names she needed.
How can I make that happen in her Outlook 2016?

Re: Outlook 2016 - contacts - address book
Activate the People "tab" of Outlook (formerly known as Contacts).
Right-click the Contacts folder.
Select Properties from the context menu.
Activate the Outlook Address Book tab of the Properties dialog.
Make sure that the check box "Show this folder as an email address book" is ticked.
Right-click the Contacts folder.
Select Properties from the context menu.
Activate the Outlook Address Book tab of the Properties dialog.
Make sure that the check box "Show this folder as an email address book" is ticked.
Best wishes,
Hans
