Calendar Sharing Outlook '07 on a Server

Not being familiar with working on a server, here is a dumb question.
When I click on share My Calendar in Outlook '07, do I need to do that everyday or just one time?
My boss wants our daily calendars and I am e-mailing it to him now, and this has got to be easier.

Are you on Exchange Server?

Once you have shared your calendar it is shared. You don't need to do it again.
