Emails not receiving and sending

Dear Community,

We are using company domain ex: user@arabienertech.com. Some of the guys only getting mails but for me since yesterday there are no more mails are receiving and sending. How to trouble shoot the problem. Is this server problem or outlook problem. We are using outlook. Kindly help me.
