Outlook Field

I have Outlook connected to a Gmail account and was interested in looping through the "All Mail" folder to determine which messages are received vs sent. Is there an Outlook field that distinguishes between the two? I'm not interested in looking at the Inbox or Sent Mail folders.

The From column will show your name for sent messages, and something else for received messages.
