Hi,
Please help with a specific rule definition.
I want all incoming emails into my mailbox to be assigned a category colour if:
- my name is the only one in the To box and
- also ignore all names in the CC box.
In other words, while ignoring all names in CC, run if my name is the ONLY one in the To box.
The defined rule for "sent only to me" fails if there are other names in the CC box. I might need an exception, but I cannot determine an appropriate option?
TX.

Re: How to set up a specific Outlook rule
Hi Rudi, would changing the rule to the senders address in full or part work? E. G. its.me@mail.com or just @mail.com
Windows 11 Home 22H2
Regards,
George.

Re: How to set up a specific Outlook rule
TX for the comment George. If it was emails received from a specific group, that could help, but unfortunately the addresses are quite volatile and using just the domain part is not viable.
