Word 2007 Follow-up flags

Are the only Follow-up flags available on Outlook 2007 time based (e.g., Today, Tomorrow, etc.)? it is possible to resurrect the Outlook 2003 color-based Follow-up flags?

What does this have to do with Word 2007?

In Outlook 2007, follow-up flags are all date and time related. You can use Color Categories to assign a color to an item. See How flags from earlier versions are updated for Outlook 2007.

I guess the reference to Word 2007 was a mistake.

I see now that the 2003 color flagging system has been replaced with color categories in Office 2007. In 2007, categories is also accessible by right-clicking on a particular item.
