Highlighting
Is it possible to highlight words in Outlook (either html or Rich Text mode)? I can't find any highlighting icon, though I see the icon to change the font color.

It's certainly possible in Outlook 2010

It's the same in Outlook 2007 as in Outlook 2010.
If you're using Outlook 2003, highlighting will only be available if you use Word as e-mail editor. There is a Highlight button on the Formatting toolbar.
Highlighting is *not* available in Outlook 2003 if you use the native Outlook editor.
