Outlook 2010 addresses sort by last name

I have a client that wants his email addresses when using the address book within a email to sorted by first name NOT last.

I can do it in the Contacts listing but not within the email itself.

I have found a fix http://www.msoutlook.info/question/189" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

NOTE: a restart of Oultlook is required for the changes to take affect.
