Outlook 2003 Not showing email

Hi,

I have a user with a profile in Outlook 2003 which is working fine. I set up the computer to see email from another account. The account has permissions set which would allow the user to see email as well as edit etc. I email account is showing however the test emails aren't populating. I'm not sure what I'm missing?? The permissions are set as owner.

What kind of e-mail account is it? A POP3 account, or an IMAP account, or a Microsoft Exchange account?

The statement is "See another account", please explain as it is not clear to me?
Does this mean that the "seen account", is a account for this user only or it is one being shared to this user?
