Outlook.com Folders

Hello, I have 2 outlook.com accounts. They are set not to sort my mail into Focused + Other yet they are not doing as set. Can the ads be blocked or stopped?

Are you using the web interface or some desktop client to access the accounts?

I access New Outlook.com on my Laptop using this:-

Double check your settings at Settings | Mail | Layout to make sure Outlook is set to sort your mail.

You'll have to pay to get rid of ads.

Hi Joe, since posting this thread I have found, if Not Sorted option is selected, I get everything in the Inbox including ADS. If Sorted is selected, ADS appear in Other and occasional other mail which I can have it moved to Focused.
