Well I am not familiar with FF's bookmarks and how to make use of them. Next, I would have to make sure those bookmarks were on all three computers I use to read the comics, especially the laptop I take with me when I visit my son or do any other traveling. The folder is so easy to copy from one computer to another, I just never thought of doing it any other way. To be honest, I don't believe I ever used a bookmark in any browser. I suppose it wouldn't be that hard to learn though.

Creating a bookmark is very easy: click the 'Bookmark this page' icon (a five-pointed star) on the right hand side of the address bar, or press Ctrl+D.

If you have the Bookmarks Toolbar visible then you can simply drag the URL onto that Toolbar. If you RIGHT click on the Toolbar you'll find various options to manage your Bookmarks on that Toolbar.

Re: Had To Switch To Google Chrome Browser
OK, I was trying to see what the Bookmarks Toolbar is like so, I believe, I have it visible, please see the attachment. However, I am a little confused because I deleted everything in my gmail's account 3 days ago when I turned on the Bookmarks Toolbar and have have kept the Inbox empty ever since. As can be seen in the attachment, it still shows I have 138 items in the Inbox, at least I think that is what it is indicating. Any idea why this would be showing 138 items? I also emptied all other folders in the gmail's account just in case that may have been the reason. Still shows 138 items.

Re: Had To Switch To Google Chrome Browser
The only reason the number is displayed (at least in my case) is if I have messages remaining in the "Promotions", "Social" or "Updates" sections of the Inbox.

Thanks, however I deleted all of them too. I had over 300 in promotions that I had no idea were there but I managed to delete them.

If you want all mail to remain in the primary inbox:
Click the Setting button in Gmail (the gear wheel icon).
Under Inbox type, select Default, then click Customize directly below Default.
Clear the check boxes for tabs that you don't want to see. In the screenshot above, only Primary is ticked. The Primary tab cannot be hidden.
Click Save.

Re: Had To Switch To Google Chrome Browser
On my Favorites toolbar I still have 138 items showing in my Gmail account. I have absolutely nothing in the Gmail account that I can find and I know we addressed this before. I'm going to attach another screenshot showing that the 138 items is still listed but more importantly to me now is finding out where I have 0.26 GB of 15 GB being used by me which can be seen inside the bottom right red box. I know it's probably insignificant and means very little but why isn't it 0 GB of 15 GB used? I guess the 138 items will never change for some reason and maybe they are the 0.26 GB used even though they are not there.

The search bar says "Label: receipts". What happens if you remove that and click on Inbox again?

What do you see when you click on the other categories (Social, Updates, Forums, Promotions)?

Your 15GB is shared across Gmail, Google Photos and Google Drive - it isn't just Gmail.

OK, thank you. I can never be sure but I don't think I use Google Photos or Google Drive. The only thing I ever sign into or use Google for is Gmail that I'm aware of.Leif wrote: ↑19 Jul 2024, 08:06Your 15GB is shared across Gmail, Google Photos and Google Drive - it isn't just Gmail.
