And it is already a memory hog...
But protection against Spectre is good, of course.

Surely there would be reports of such exploits?

Or is that if you were hacked like this, you'd have to keep it under wraps because if you didn't, your business would go down the tubes because no one wants to work with someone who got hacked? What about the millions (billions?) of individual PC users, wouldn't they be chattering about the problem.

Or is that that this weakness is so clever that you can never know if you've been stung by it or not?
