Knowing that I probably fat-fingered something to cause it, I nonetheless need to know how to correct it.
Normally my screen shows the menu bar at the very top with the bar that contains the url address panel (what is that bar called?) beneath it and the bookmarks toolbar below that. Then follows the screen content and at the very bottom of the screen, what I call the system tray (probably incorrectly) or is it called the task bar.
Now I get the bookmarks toolbar, the address panel bar, then the screen content and nothing at the bottom of the screen, no task bar. I can scroll but nothing changes except the url provided screen content.
I've been through my screen options. Menu bar is checked but does not appear.
What have I done? How do I fix it?
I forgot to mention that I am running Firefox current level.

Re: Disappearing Screen Components
Is this about a browser? If so, which one? Or do you mean Windows Explorer?
Best wishes,
Hans

Re: Disappearing Screen Components
Thanks for the response, Hans!
I finally realized it was a browser problem. I did a Firefox Restore and got back my task bar and menu bar. I still have to straighten out the tabs and the theme, but I can navigate without to much effort now.
