Tab – cannot delete. Reappears whenever FF is opened
The tab points to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/A_Paris_Apartment.. I have tried deleting the Wikipedia search engine after closing the tab, reappears. I added it to bookmark menu and then deleted it from the menu – it reappears. Tried Pinning/Unpinning, reappears.
Any suggestions? Thank you

Select Tools > Settings.
In General, under Startup, make sure that 'Open previous windows and tabs' is not checked.
In Home, inspect the 'Homepage and new windows' setting.
