Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive & well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, red wine in the other, body thoroughly used up. Totally worn out & screaming "Wow, Wee What a ride!

I checked IE8 add-ons and it's listed as Browser Helper Object. What's wrong?

Check Manage Add-ons in IE to see if it is disabled.
Also, try uninstalling and reinstalling making sure you run the setup program as administrator.

Thank you Joe, I did check add-ons and it was not disabled. After restarting IE several times IE7 Pro now has an icon at the bottom of the page and it was opened successfully.JoeP wrote:Check Manage Add-ons in IE to see if it is disabled.
