Close TAB with URL

Hi All

i have browser Google, Microsoft edge and Firefox,from these anyone, i want to close URL TAB with vba any of this browser not complete browser

for example one tab have "https://eileenslounge.com/posting.php?mode=post&f=30" and other TAB is opened with "https://www.wikipedia.org/"

i want to close one TAB of "https://www.wikipedia.org/"

i cannot use third party software like Selenium etc. as IT isn't allowed to download it , alternative of this i can see with IT team, can refer (but if possible without this)

I have no idea, but a Google search makes me think that it's not easy, if possible at all...
