different format of dates

Why in debug.print i see the correct dates, and the combobox is filled with different format?????

NOTE:
form importeted from vba for excel userform

Hmmm... I can't reproduce the problem, sorry. Are you sure that DATA_OPE is the combo box displayed in your screenshot?
