Fix dates when populating on worksheet

That’s slightly encouraging, I was hoping that 12/1/2021 in the 9th row there would come out OK. Its also date format in that cell, all be it custom. It still comes out OK no matter what I do in any of my computers or excel version, ( although in the formula bar it looks a bit different, - it looks as though Excel tries to make an attempt to put it in the formula bar in my defined system short date format, - on some versions with some short date format it gets it correct, on some it doesn’t. )
