Hello.
Is it possible to link to an XML document(s) as a data source? Or for each record in a table to point at an external XML file - without individuallly linking via an OLE or Hyperlink field?

No, and no, as far as I know.
You can open an ADODB recordset on an XML file and use it as the recordset for a form (which will be read-only).
