Hello,
I have a Microsoft Access database where there is a query called "qryFormResponsesCrossQueries" which is created from multiple crosstab queries and a table together called tblFormResponses. I want all of the records from from the various crosstab queries (e.g. Bingo, Car Raffle, BCT Memorabilia, LifeLong Activities, Entertainment Other Volunteer, Other Ideas) to be shown in one query. I think the qryFormResponsesCrossQueries query is showing duplicated records as it shows 1541 records. The OneDrive weblink is attached: https://1drv.ms/f/s!AtOdPG-IN8CYgcV-YYl ... Q?e=QPi2AL.
Thanks

Re: Fixing a query which is created from multiple queries and a table together
Open the query in design view.
Click in an empty part of the upper pane of the query design window.
Activate the Property Sheet.
Set the Unique Values property to Yes.
This will suppress the duplicates.
