Hi,
I have a check box on a report that should have a check in the box if the query returns -1. This is not happening. Is there a setting that I need to be sure is in place?

Is the check box located in the Detail section of the report?
Has its Control Source been set to the relevant field of the Record Source of the report?

Hi Hans,
This particular section of the report was in the footer. When I moved it up to details it worked.
