I doubt you will find a free tool.
After all the developer would have spent time and money developing their product? I expect you do not work for free?
You might find a trial, that will show you what can be recovered or a few records at least.

You can try the following from Access:
- Create a backup copy of the corrupt database, to be on the safe side.
- Start Access and open any database.
- Select File > Close.
- Activate the 'Database Tools' tab of the ribbon.
- Click 'Compact and Repair Database'.
- Access will prompt you to select a database. Navigate to the corrupt database and open it.
- Access will prompt you to specify a name for the repaired database. It MUST be a different name (or folder).
