I couldn't wait to get home to try this. It's perfect!! Now I'm just praying the user doesn't decide to attach a different attachment based on the number of days out. They haven't said that is the plan but I wouldn't put it past them.

That shouldn't be too difficult - you might create a table with two fields: the number of days (240, 220, ...) and the path/filename of the attachments for each of those number of days.

Great idea! I'll keep that in mind if they make the request and look back to code you game me this summer where we put the path in a table.
