I have an issue when copy and paste data from excel (with hyperlink) to access table, the link is not showing in the address but only in the "text to display" area, how to resolve this issue?

Access does not handle this well, as you have found. You'd have to place # before and after the text in Excel. And I don't know if it would work with paths containing spaces...
