The query is still throwing me for a loop. I think I still have a mistake in the SQL statement to build the string. When I run it, or try and open the Query it asks for input for company. Can't quite get it to work. I have attached what I have, it should be something wrong with the btnExport_Click code on frmReportMaster.

In the future, it would help if you bothered to actually read my reply. I provided precise and detailed instructions, but you did something entirely different. You're also pointedly ignoring my request to compact the database before zipping it...

I do apologize. I misunderstood about the seperate query. I thought you meant to change the base query, not use two queries to generate it. I will ensure any more samples that I post is compacted before zipping.
