Access 2003 hotfix installed or not

Is there a way to tell if this hotfix has been installed. The number from the About box is 11.8166.8172 SP3 ?

Which hotfix? There have been several.

The number that you mention appears to be earlier than the version numbers for two well-known post-SP3 hotfixes:
Access 2003 post-Service Pack 3 hotfix package: November 21, 2007: 11.0.8202.0
Access 2003 post-Service Pack 3 hotfix package: December 18, 2007: 11.0.8204.0

According to this support article it appears SP3 has not been installed.
