Description in Access 2007

Apparently, the Description area (for tables, queries etc) in Access 2003 is not in Access 2007. Does anyone know if this will be added or is there something comparable that I am missing.

Ooer, it's in my version of 2007, but I do have it set up to work in 2003 format

Try right-clicking the table name in the navigation pane on the left hand side, and selecting Table Properties from the popup menu.

But in 2007 you cannot get the Descriptions displayed in the list of tables, no matter what View you use.

That's true - another example of diminished functionality in Access 2007...
