Just tried but, a fix email is sent with a new link and a password.
The download of the file is there, but it is a Zipped type and the password does NOT work.

That is the procedure Microsoft uses to distribute hotifxes. I'd try again. The passwords are changed regularly.

We tried again today all worked as designed.
PowerPoint 2003 is back working as it should have been all along.
