Customisable Powerpoint Transitions

Hi

Does anyone know if it is possible to create custom slide transitions in Powerpoint (2003)?

It might be nice to have a fold effect transition that works across the diagonal (top right to bottom left) line we have in our new branding.

There isn’t a standard one in the application, but I’ve no idea if transitions are customisable nor how difficult it might be as I am not that familiar with PP.

It's probably possible but not easy. You can, however, simulate slide transitions wit custom animation - see Creating 3D Transitions in PowerPoint on the Cheap.
