Text before target link within same cell?

I have an excel spread sheet that has a target link, that is centered within cell, I’m not sure how to add a Text before target link. I don’t wish to use in different cells for text, Because I need for it to be centered on page

I checked it out
I'll just use a another cell for the text, in the long run its much easier.
