personal.xlb not seeming to load

I have an issue where excel 2007 is not seeming to load the personal.xlb. I have a macro I placed into the personal.xlb It is not working. If I run the macro by itself, it works.

Any Ideas?

This happens to me occasionally, due to a loading error at start-up, the personal.xlb will be disabled as as an add-in. Go to Settings, Add-ins, then in the list box at the bottom, select "Disabled Items". If you see personal.xlb, the highlight it and click the "Enable" button. Click OK to back out. It should work correctly now.

To be more precise: click the Office button, then Excel Options.
Then click Add-Ins and select Disabled Items from the Manage dropdown.
By the way, the personal macro workbook is Personal.xlsb in Excel 2007 and 2010.
