Can i use Sumifs with Right in this scenario :
Sum Range - J:J
Criteria Range I:I
Criteria - C1 and going down
Formula goes in Column E

Like this. Enter the following formula in E2, then fill down.
=SUMIF($I$3:$I$16,"*"&C3,$J$3:$J$16)
=SUMIF($I$3:$I$16,"*"&C3,$J$3:$J$16)
