I have a histogram where many of the bars have zero height. As expected these bars are not visible on the histogram but I'd like to be able to see something, if only a very thin line, i.e. show that the emptiness means 'zero'.
Any ideas??

Re: a histogram witha visible bar even though the category is zero
OK, as usual typing out the question helps me figure out what it is I want.
If I delete the x-axis and then artificially inflate a zero value to a small value, e.g. 0.05, I can see the now non-zeros are visible as a thin line. The y-axis scale on the histogram is great enough to make it impossible to see 'zero' is actually being plotted as 0.05.
I think this will do the job, for now.
Thanks for listening.

Is this in Excel? If so, can't you manipulate the starting value of the y-axis to cause values below zero to appear? I seem to recall having done that in the more than 20 years ago before I retired.
