is after date filter

I've a spreadsheet with dates for the last couple of years. I want to filter out dates prior to 2/15/2022. I put as filter is after #02/15/2022# and I get no dates? What's incorrect?

NM, I was thinking access. Don't bother commenting that the date should be is after 02/15/2022.
