I have an excel workbook, while it is being opened, it says, it is linking to another workbook. How to find this link and break it?

Re: How to remove links in Excel
On the Data Tab, click Edit Links. Select each link (or all at once) and click Break Link

Select File, then click Info.
"Edit Links to Files" should be near the bottom right corner.

Re: How to remove links in Excel
It should be in the Queries & Connections group, probably the last item in that group.
Best wishes,

Hello Bitten,
I found it in Excel2003 by using the Excel search box looking for "links". Cheers
Chris
