Hello team,
I need to create charts with a dropdown and named ranges.
Please see the attached.
Can we create charts with a selection from a dropdown and use the named ranges?
Respectfully,
Bita

Thanks. Now can you explain what should happen when I select a plan from the dropdown in cell K2?
Best wishes,

Hello Hans,
We select a plan, then for that plan we have measures and num1, num2, num3.
Then we insert a chart. We need to sum up the lines.
We do a pivot table and then copy and paste the value of the pivot table. Then, we select a plan from dropdown and then insert a chart for sum of those measures mapped to that plan.
Please let me know if this makes sense.

Re: To create charts with one dropdown and with named ranges?
Hans,
I finished this project.
-I made a dropdown for plans and then
with this function below:
INDEX(A1:G55,MATCH(1,(B:B=J2)*(C:C=J3),0),7)
I prepared a table that had a diagcode, num1, num2, num3.
Then I inserted a chart for the table.
