Excel 2003: Having moved my spreadsheets directory from C: to D: I found that trying to change the various paths in Tools -> Options gave a rude message to the effect that the C: drive location was invalid.
I edited the registry in the two appropriate places, and I suppose I could also have put back a dummy directory with the appropriate name on the C: drive, temporarily, if I'd thought of that earlier.
But is there a more official solution to this, does anyone know?

As far as I know, there isn't a more "official" solution.
Best wishes,

I don't know, Microsoft can't think of everything!
