This is likely something you guys could create while sleeping :)
I'm trying to create a sumproduct formula that accounts for 3 row conditions and 1 column.. Please see the attached as it explains the request in more detail
I tried an Index/match formula but I have too many nested match conditions

With the aid of a helper row (the yellow row), you can lookup the value based on the four conditions specified.
I'm not sure what you want in the table in I17?
