Ignore carriage returns

Post by VegasNath »

I am attempting to write a macro that involves using the data import wizard to import a text file (tab delimited) into excel. The problem is that the text file has carriage returns that throw the data out of sync. Is there a way to ignore these in the import?

If the ASAP Utilities don't help, please provide detailed information, and preferably a sample file.
Best wishes,
Hans
