Good afternoon
I am working on a tariff where the base rate includes 10 kilos and anything above that incurs a per kilo charge (The per kilo charge is based on a zonal tariff and changes according to the destination zone). I can get the formula to show the 10 kilos or less result but I cannot for the life of me get it to do the second part, the formula is
=IF(D22<=10,D23,IF(D22>10,D22-10*D24+D23))
Calculation error in formula (Excel 2003 SP3)

Re: Calculation error in formula (Excel 2003 SP3)
You are missing parentheses:
=IF(D22<=10,D23,IF(D22>10,(D22-10)*D24+D23))
=IF(D22<=10,D23,IF(D22>10,(D22-10)*D24+D23))
Regards,
Rory

Thanks Rory
You can't imagine how many variations of order, with brackets, without brackets I tried, I must have just missed this
