Linked cell data not visible

I have a sheet within a Workbook that I use as my link source that links data to other sheets within same Workbook. I have a number value on my target sheet that for some reason is not visible. The link is still there; I use this same link on another sheets and they works fine. I can also copy and paste this same link in different areas on the same or different sheets and it works fine. I checked the font color and set the cell value to numbers. I also copied and pasted other links (numbers and text) and they work fine.

Problem solved; It seems that I used Conditional Formatting for that cell, where as if cell had a 0 then text color would be white. With a white back ground Wala invisible. It was suppose to be if it begins with a 0 , my BOO BOO, correction made
