I'm not experienced with the track changes tool in Word. So...
I have a draft document to be reviewed by five superior beings. Is the only way of collecting all comments together in a single document, to allow them access 'serially' (aka one after another) to a single copy of the document? Or is there some clever way of distributing the document that will achieve the same aim?
All have access to shared drives on a company network.
As always, TIA.

Re: Tracking changes
Word can combine review feedback from multiple authors into a single document. See Send a Word document for review by using e-mail.
