Hi,
I am creating A5 leaflets, two-up on A4 landscape page. I am duplicating the text using a bookmark. Seems to work, except that the coloured web address link in the original is b&w in the duplicated text. Is there anything that I can do to correct that?

The REF field doesn't copy hyperlinks, so I guess you'll have to copy/paste the text instead of using a REF field.
