Increase comment text font size

When I try to change the size of text in comment balloons, nothing happens, whether I do it in the Modify Style dialogue box and even if I change it manually in each instance. Changing the font works, whether I do it in the Modify Style dialogue box and even if I change it manually in each instance. Is there a way to increase the size of comment text?

You can do this by changing the font size for the style called Balloon Text.
