Hello
I have a couple of related contract documents where I pre populate certain areas before sending for signing. It is a repeitive task that I would like to automate. Is there a solution where I can type the details needed say once in a table/spreadsheet etc then run a macro to auto opy an paste across to the docuements in question?

You could create links to a cell in an Excel worksheet, and lock the links for updating (Ctrl+F11) or break the links (Ctrl+Shift+F9) when the documents are finalized.
