Word Document Can't Open Using Ms Word Desktop App

hi all..

i have problem , i can't open the Word document using Open in Desktop App into Ms Word 365 (web/online version)
I,m using office 365.
how to fix the problem.

What happens if you click 'Open Word' in the dialog in the last screenshot.

hi hans, after click "open word" nothing happen anything always back into "word online/web again"

Can you open the document from within the desktop version of Word?

for other document that not save in Web/Online, the word desktop is working well.
but for document from Word Online/Web isn't open. (can't open)

i think i found a solution for this problem, in File --> Option, Save -->Cache Setting -->Checked "Delete file...."then "Delete cached files"
i don't know why? or the other solution more effectively ?

after that, document in Word Online can open in Word Desktop

Perhaps the cached file had become corrupt. By clearing the cache, you forced a new version to be created.
