I have some AI-typed text and where I have said the word 'paragraph' I'm wondering how I can remove the word 'paragraph' (not needed in the text) and replace it with an actual instruction to Word to make a new paragraph where I have said the word 'paragraph' (hopefully that's clear!)
Is there a way to do this using find and replace or some other way?
add paragraph where it says 'paragraph' in text

Amazing, thanks! How can I make it add two spaces instead of one?

The best way to do that is to increase the Space Before or Space after of the style used for the text.
If you really want an empty paragraph between paragraphs with text, enter ^p^p in the 'Replace with' box.
