Alt-5: I am growing rather fond of this shortcut.

Alt-5 and then left-arrow takes me to the head of the table,
Alt-5, Right-arrow to the foot.

ALT-6 might cause you to fall off the edge, so it'd be best to use a bit of CTRL then.
