Permanently move location of Apply Styles dialogue
Is it possible to move the Apply Styles dialogue permanently remain in the bottom left corner of my screen? Each time I activate it, it pops up in the center right of my screen. I then drag it to the bottom left while holding down ctrl + alt. After I close the document and open another and reactivate the Apply Styles dialogue, it is once again in the center right of my screen, blocking my text.
Regards,

I can't confirm your experience.
I open the 'Apply style' window.
I adapt its size and position using the dropdown triangle left from the close icon (x).
I close the document.
I open a new document.
I open the 'Apply Style' window: it shows in the last position I left it in.

snb: What if you open other documents? Does the window show up in the last place that you moved it to?

Re: Permanently move location of Apply Styles dialogue
I've found that the Apply Style dialog moves independently of the program window. This allows me to drag it onto my second monitor, for example. Unless I dock it-which I don't care for-it remains where I put it during a given Word session. If I move the program window around, the Apply Style dialog stays put. Closing and reactivating Apply Styles while Word has remained open does not cause the dialog to move.
Do you close Word between documents? Or simply close one document and start another? I've had different experiences with that. If I close Word then open it, then activate Apply Styles, it doesn't open in the middle of my screen, but it does open somewhere other than where I last left it.

"Hmm. What does this button do?" Said everyone before being ejected from a car, blown up, or deleting all the data from the mainframe.

Re: Permanently move location of Apply Styles dialogue
It stays exactly in the last place I moved it to, regardless how many other documents I open. (Word 2010).

Re: Permanently move location of Apply Styles dialogue
The dialog opens in the same place during a session for me.
But if I completely quit Word and restart it, the dialog opens in the default location again.
@snb: I see an Apply Styles dialog in Word, not in Excel.
